At Centre Bethel Hotel, we believe in the transformative power of education and practical training to uplift young individuals and equip them with the skills they need to succeed in the hospitality industry. Through our partnership with RTB and the government of Rwanda, we have embarked on a journey to empower youth who are not in employment, education, or training (NEET) through a specialized project focused on skills development.

Partnership Overview:

• RTB: We are grateful to RTB for funding the training program, enabling us to provide valuable opportunities to young people in need.
• Government of Rwanda: The government's support and collaboration have been instrumental in facilitating this initiative, emphasizing their commitment to youth empowerment.
• Centre Bethel Hotel: We are honored to have offered the training facilities and accommodation, as well as our team of qualified staff dedicated to mentoring and guiding the students.

Project Details: The training program commenced on December 15, 2023, and continued until June 15, 2024, providing a comprehensive curriculum tailored to the needs of 20 students. These students, both girls and boys, received specialized training in food and beverage services, aimed at enhancing their competencies and employability in the hospitality sector.

Impact and Outcomes: Through our collective efforts, we have witnessed remarkable progress and growth among the students. Centre Bethel Hotel's experienced staff members have provided invaluable guidance and support, imparting practical skills and knowledge essential for success in the industry. As a result, the trained students are now better equipped to pursue rewarding career opportunities and contribute positively to their communities.
